Remote Learning
Remote Education Provision: Information for Parents
This information is intended to provide clarity and transparency to students and parents or carers about what to expect from remote education if local restrictions require entire cohorts (or bubbles) to remain at home. For details of what to expect where individual students or small groups are self-isolating, please see the final section of the document below.
- From Tuesday 5th January 2021, students will be able to access work for their timetabled lessons from Go4Schools.
- To access this work, students will need to log in via the student log in page and use their school email address - student email addresses follow the format "forename"."surname""year of entry"@sirjohnleman.co.uk. For example John Smith in Year 7 would have the email address: John.Smith20@sirjohnleman.co.uk
Year Group | Year of Entry |

8 | 19 |
9 | 18 |

- Further information regarding their lessons may also be sent to teachers via their school email addresses.
- Some lessons will also be 'live' and carried out via MS Teams. Details of these will be emailed to students in advance. If they cannot attend, a recording will be made available via Go4Schools.
- For technical support and/or access issues then please use this dedicated email address: RemoteLearning@sirjohnleman.co.uk
- Sixth Form students are to email SixthForm@sirjohnleman.co.uk for any queries they may have.
Further updates on remote learning provision will be provided following further Givernment guidance and revision.
