Circuit training is a great form of exercise to help improve cardiovascular endurance and muscular strength. Different exercises are performed with short rest periods in between.
Circuit training is with our qualified personal trainer Sean, who will put you through your paces. Its a great class to get involved to help improve your fitness and meet lots of great people.
