Welcome to the Sir John Leman High School and Sixth Form website.  I hope this will give you an impression of our school- ethos, values, curriculum and opportunities.  We want every student to be happy and successful here, both academically and in their wider personal development. 

As a school community we are always looking to improve what we do and build on existing outstanding practice, striving to meet our school motto: ‘Achievement for all and aspiring for excellence’.  We value kindness and respect for others, celebrating academic hard work and contributions to school life. 

Our Ofsted report in May 2022 said: “Leaders have created a culture where pupils are celebrated as individuals. Pupils feel safe and say the school community is kind, tolerant and respectful of others.”
