Subsidised Bus Travel
The Waveney Valley Academies Trust have agreed that transport will be subsidised by the school, with parents/carers contributing to the cost. The same charges will apply for our late bus routes.

Late Bus
The school late bus is available throughout the year on a Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, with Mondays being an option for a period of time too (students will be made aware of this). Students are encouraged to book the late bus in the morning during tutor time but can also do so at the main school reception throughout the day.

Suffolk County Council (SCC) Funded School Travel
The following information explains the procedure if you are attending you most local/suitable school, and your child is eligible for school transport:-
Suffolk County Council (SCC) funded school travel is provided to the nearest available school, subject to statutory walking distance criteria. Your catchment area school may not be your nearest school. You should use the nearest school checker to make sure. Your order of preferences on your school admissions application form can affect your child’s eligibility for SCC funded school travel. Bus passes are issued at the start of the academic year by County and must be carried on all journeys. If the pass is lost, there is a replacement fee of £10 and a temporary pass will be issued by the school pending the replacement.
