When? Thursday evenings - run in 6-8 week blocks throughout the year
Cost? £4 per session
Bootcamp looks at various training techniques used to help you reach your goal. For example: performing different exercises to encourage the EPOC effect (often referred to as the Afterburn effect). EPOC training helps to elevate the metabolism after the exercise session ends. Tabata training is another training technique used in bootcamp, which is a type of interval training (20 seconds work, followed by 10 seconds rest and repeated).
